CORE CLEAN 2600

Liquid Phase Application

This is the work horse of our chemical cleaning business. Proven to be highly effective cleaning both heavy and light hydrocarbon, CORE CLEAN 2600 simultaneously de-oils and gas free's process units. Our unique formulation allows the removed effluent to be split, providing our clients back the recovered hydrocarbon with a clean water phase for processing via the site water treatment facility.

Vapour Phase Application

Our vapour phase chemistry provides exceptional de-gassing of process equipment! As the manufacturer we include the highest level of "actives" within our formulation, allowing for low dosing and saving significantly on the volume required by rival products. Adding CORE CLEAN VP1 to your steam out process will reduce the time required to achieve gas free status and make the whole environment safer for all.

CORE CLEAN 3010

Liquid Phase Application

Where steam is not available, CORE CLEAN 3010 achieves excellent de-oiling and gas freeing of tanks, pipes and vessels at low temperature.

CORE CLEAN 5421

Solvent Based Applicartion

This product has been developed to penetrate and remove very heavy hydrocarbons  from Refinery Vacuum & FCC equipment, and Quench Systems in Olefins Plants.  Usually applied in a suitable light hydrocarbon carrier.  Also used extensively in Bitumen equipment cleaning.

Bespoke Polymer Cleaner

Designed for a unique problem a client was experiencing, CORE CLEAN DB8 has proven to be highly effective at removing polymer deposits in Petrochemical Industry process equipment and storage tanks.
